Was just reading my own blog post while waiting for a call..

There's a sudden realisation, if i can say that, a believer's life is a life of trusting... not trying...

If patience is like a tire, trying probably wears it out fast...
Whereas trust empowers patience...

too long we have been trying to use our faith to squeeze out revelations and "miracle"..
too long we have been trying all sorts of methods to bring us to success..
too long we have been trying to try...

Patience is what i need now...

Lord, give me patience...
Patience to see your wonderful plan unfolds...
Patience to calm my hurrying heart...
Patience to seal the mind from thinking that solutions might never come...

Lord... patience lord.. i need...

I'm relatively patient with people.. i think.. (i am right?) ahaha...

But i'm never patient with myself.. neither am i patient with God...

I'm sad that things have come to such a bad state... or.. i hope i'm just over sensitive..
Many things i want to know but i don't dare to ask.. What happened?

I thought i could handle truths pretty well.. but there are some truths i rather not hear... especially from someone close to the heart... that you are afraid of losing...

You belong to God... You don't belong to me..

haha.. that's something i have to keep reminding myself.. To be patient with God and myself, with time and season, with processes and results.. Patience patience patience..

Ecclesiastes 3:11 (New American Standard Bible)
He has made everything appropriate in its time He has also set eternity in their heart, yet so that man will not find out the work which God has done from the beginning even to the end.
On the footnote of it.. appropriate means beautiful too..

"When is the time?! When God!! When??!!" My cry for a week long already..

Pslam 27:13-14
13 I would have lost heart, unless I had believed
That I would see the goodness of the LORD
In the land of the living.
14 Wait on the LORD;
Be of good courage,
And He shall strengthen your heart;
Wait, I say, on the LORD!

The aboved verses were taken out from November 22 entry... just slightly more than a month.. in fact, psalms 27 were mentioned a few times in my blog.. i almost forgot everything about it... haha.. to think that i was always the one who always encourage people to trust and wait upon the lord..

Ecclesiastes 3:1
Everything Has Its Time1 To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven...

I'm quite sure i'm living under God's heaven...

Here i am in the midst of condemning myself for not living up to the word.. i can almost hear Jesus whispering.. "you dont live up to the Word, you live IN the Word.."

Psalms 12:6
The words of the LORD are pure words;
As silver tried in a furnace on the earth, refined seven times.

By the way.. semi colon (;) means to paraphrase... As the redemption work (silver) of Jesus can be tested (tried in a furnace) by the trials and tribulations of this world (earth)... So can the word of God.. And how is the word of god make pure in our lives?

That the word resides in us, the redeemed, and tested by the furnace of this world...

No point just uncovering revelations.. it's time to live by them...

Wait on the Lord... i shall...

1Cor13:4
Love is Patient.
Shalom..
