the fitness specialist trainee had their mock grading yesterday back at hq..

safety precaution are to be taken.. there must be medic support.. there must be supervising officer.. ensure trainees that are on medical status do not take part...

my junior CK was supposedly the IC for the whole grading.. ensuring that the whole thing runs smoothly..

situation 1... no supervising officer..
situation 2... assisting instructors are more senior than CK.. and they are bossing him around..
situation 3.. started mock grading WITHOUT medic..

the strange thing is the self-professed seniors allowed CK to start the mock grading without MEDIC? and they didnt realise until situation 4 happen???

situation 4... trainee dislocated shoulder during mock grading..

poor CK became scapegoat.. good-o-senior feign ignorance.. saying CK got them into trouble.. how crappy can they get man.. they are there and they didnt say or do anything about it except pushing away all the blame when things happen...

BACKGROUND HISTORY-our school sergeant major is super good at pushing blame.. blaming people for the things they didnt do.. sabotaging people's work.. bias against the close combat wing.. unreasonable is his middle name... monkey is him

and now the stupid monkey want to charge CK just because his trainee is injuried? HE was the one that said they can carry on without supervising officer.. and now HE want to blame CK? supervising officer is to ensure ALL safety measures are met before giving the go go to start the whole exercise.. IF the GSI were to investigate.. he would be in deep shit.. cuz he didnt provide the supervising officer...

if it was the steve in the past that wrote this... by now he would have been dead at least 10 over times.. wack him until he dies and wack till he come back alive and go on wacking and wacking and wacking....

and thanx to all the seniors who were present.. thanx for pushing the blame to CK.. thanx for feigning ignorance.. wait i go back to HQ on thurs.. =) watch me walk thru that door.. be afraid.. be very afraid... no one push my junior around and get away alive...
